THE AMAZING RACE VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Come run with the torch in The Amazing Race Vacation Bible School. Our theme this summer will be the Olympics and we will be focusing on heroes of the Bible. Also featured will be Olympic-style games, arts and crafts, fun snacks, movies, surprise adventures and daily prizes.
The Amazing Race will be held June 21 - 25 from 9 a.m. to noon. Ages preschool through sixth grade are invited. This a wonderful outreach in ministry to our neighbors and friends! Sometimes this is the first time a child will come to church. Think about reaching out to your neighborhood children to come this year.
Registration forms are available on the stairway bulletin board or you may register by calling the church office at 724-758-6278.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL CRAFTS
Believe it or not...daily VacationBibleSchool is just around the corner! I have lots of fun crafts planned for this years VBS theme and need some help rounding up some of the items needed. If you could please save as many of the following items as you can, the VBS kids and I would greatly appreciate it! Call me anytime to check on the quantities being donated and I will gladly let you know if we reached our quota or if we are still collecting them.
Also, anyone wanting to help prepare the kits for each days lesson, or setting up the Craft Room and especially, helping out any or all days of VBS, PLEASE let me know. I can always use extra hands when it comes to crafting with the children. Thanks so much.

120 metal frozen juice caps. The cap you take off the end of frozen juice tubes.
350 clean "skipping stones" or river stones, approximately 1 inch in diameter
75 clean "skipping stones" or river stones, approximately 2 inches in diameter
60 - 20 oz. plastic pop bottles, clean and dry with lid
